WESTERN CHOW MEIN AND FRIED RICE
CANTONESE CHOW MEIN (PAN FRIED NOODLES)
Add black bean sauce to any of the items above for an extra $1.00
*Cantonese Chow Mein are skinny long noodles pan-fried to be crispy. The toppings plus vegetables (baby bok choy, etc.) are cooked and served in a thick sauce poured over the crispy noodles. When specified, the noodles can be made "soft." Singapore Chow Mein are vermicelli noodles flavored with curry. It contains pork and shrimp. Rice Noodles are thicker white flat noodles cooked with beef, green onions and bean sprouts.
Japanese Chow Mein are soft thin noodles mixed with chicken, carrots, celery and bean sprouts. Ginger & Soy Sauce Chow Mein are soft thin noodles.
Fried Rice
We use whole eggs in our Egg Fried Rice.
*Dry dishes, the ingredients are pan fried together with the rice.
Honeymoon Fried Rice is saucy and comes in 2 flavours (creamy shrimp & tomato chic).
